The challenge
Payments products serve two very different readers at once: a merchant deciding whether to trust the platform, and a developer deciding whether integration is realistic. One page structure had to serve both without diluting either.

- Split information architecture — a commercial track for merchants, a documentation track for developers.
- API reference and integration guides written as task-based walkthroughs rather than endpoint dumps.
- Trust architecture: security page, compliance posture, status surface and transparent fee presentation.
- Sandbox-first onboarding so developers can evaluate before any commercial conversation.
- Launch-kit content system covering announcement, documentation and partner outreach.
