Terms of service
The terms under which we supply hosting and project services. Template content — have it reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
Agreement
These terms govern the supply of services by BahrainServer to you. By purchasing a hosting plan or accepting a written proposal, you agree to these terms together with the specific scope, price and timeline set out in that proposal.
Services and scope
Hosting services are provided according to the plan you select. Project services (websites, marketing, software) are provided according to the written scope. Work outside an agreed scope is treated as a change request, priced and approved in writing before it begins.
Fees and payment
Hosting is billed monthly in advance in Bahraini Dinar unless otherwise agreed, with international invoicing available in other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate. Project work is invoiced against agreed milestones. Prices exclude applicable taxes and duties.
Cancellation and refunds
Hosting plans may be cancelled at any time and will run until the end of the paid period. Project engagements may be terminated with written notice; work completed and costs committed up to the termination date remain payable.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, for timely feedback and approvals, and for ensuring you hold the rights to any material supplied to us.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful content, spam, malware distribution, infringement of intellectual property, or activity that endangers the stability or security of shared infrastructure.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of deliverables created specifically for you — including source code, design files and content — transfers to you. Pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed for your use.
Service levels and availability
We target high availability and provide 24/7 monitoring. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical. Any specific uptime commitment applies only where stated in a signed service level agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain unless otherwise agreed in writing. This template must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
